This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the user ('you') and Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC (collectively, "we" or "us").
By visiting or shopping at MelanieDunn-Intuitive.com ("Site"), scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging with this Site, business, Melanie Dunn, or Happy Hearts and Paws LLC in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. 1. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms for your use of our Site, products, consultations, services, and any associated offerings, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations.
You acknowledge and agree that all services, products, readings, and consultations provided by Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC are for entertainment and spiritual purposes only, and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. You assume full responsibility and liability for any actions or decisions made as a result of using our services, products, readings, or consultations. You release Melanie Dunn, Happy Hearts and Paws LLC, and related parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your use or reliance on the services, products, readings, or consultations.

Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC's maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the website, services, or products, for any and all claims, shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to Melanie Dunn or Happy Hearts and Paws LLC for the specific service or product giving rise to the alleged liability, up to a maximum of $100.
You agree to seek any necessary medical, health, veterinary, financial or legal advice from licensed professionals prior to and after using our services. You agree not to disregard profressional advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information provided through our services, products, readings, or consultations.
Results from services, products, readings and consultations depend on your own interpretation and are not guaranteed. Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC make no warranties about results.
3. Governing Law and Disputes
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the website, services, or products provided by Happy Hearts and Paws LLC or Melanie Dunn shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, services, or products must be filed within 90 days after the claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, audio clips, and data compilations is the property of Happy Hearts and Paws LLC and Melanie Dunn or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Happy Hearts and Paws LLC and Melanie Dunn and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this Site is the property of Happy Hearts and Paws LLC and Melanie Dunn or its software suppliers. Unauthorized use of any materials on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws, communications regulations and statutes.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Hearts and Paws LLC, Melanie Dunn, and their respective parties against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products.

7. Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Policies
Scheduling: Upon scheduling, full payment will be charged for your session, appointment, product, or service.
Changes: To reschedule, provide at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment by calling (425) 243-2432 or emailing info@melaniedunn-intuitive.com. You may rebook within three months of the original date, with a maximum of two reschedulings per appointment.
Cancellations: For a full refund (minus a 20% cancellation fee), provide at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.
Missed appointments: No refunds are provided for missed appointments. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from repeat offenders.
Payments: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments only.
8. Not Professional Advice
Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC are not medical professionals, veterinarians, attorneys, accountants or other licensed providers. Any information or advice given by Melanie Dunn or through products and services provided by Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC is not to be used in place of any medical, veterinary, legal, tax, financial or other advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. All services, products, readings, and consultations provided by Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC are for entertainment and spiritual purposes only, and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice of any kind. No guarantees are implied or stated by Melanie Dunn or Happy Hearts and Paws LLC. Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive and/or purchase a session, product or service from Melanie Dunn or Happy Hearts and Paws LLC. Clients are encouraged to please seek the advice of a trained Medical Doctor and/or Veterinarian about any health concerns. ALL sessions, products, and services content from Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC are subject to the client's interpretation.
Results from services, products, readings and consultations depend on your own interpretation and are not guaranteed. Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC make no warranties about results.
Melanie Dunn and Happy Hearts and Paws LLC expressly disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for any damages arising out of any use of or reliance on this Site, information provided, or any third-party websites linked to from this Site, or as a result of any reading, appointment, product, service or other engagement with Melanie Dunn or Happy Hearts and Paws LLC, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary or other damages.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Force Majeure
Neither Happy Hearts and Paws LLC nor Melanie Dunn shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this Agreement, the Site, services, or products at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site, services, or products constitutes your acceptance of any such updates, modifications, or changes.
